    • If you wish to cancel your rental order, you may do so at least 14 days before your event. You will not be changed the remaining balance, but the initial 50% payment is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will result in the full remaining balance being charged, as those items were held exclusively for you and can no longer be booked by other clients.

  • Absolutely! You can swap or remove items up until 14 days before your event. While your initial deposit remains non-refundable, we will adjust your final remaining balance to reflect the new total.

  • If you need to grow your order, just reach out! We accept additions up to 2 days before your event, subject to availability. Please note that any "emergency" additions made less than 2 days before your event will be charged at 2x the standard rental price to cover the expedited prep and logistics.Content

  • To secure your date, we collect a 50% deposit at the time of booking. When you arrive for pickup, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the remaining balance plus a security deposit. Once your items are returned on time and in good condition, that hold is released—meaning you are only ever charged the original order total. The security deposit is only charged in the rare event of loss or damage to the rentals.

  • To offer you maximum flexibility, our rental prices include a 2-night rental. This allows for easy pickup the evening before your event and a stress-free return the morning after. If your plans require a longer rental, we're happy to accommodate for an additional daily charge.

    Pickup: After 3:00 PM on the first day of your rental, 

    Return: Before 11:00 AM on the last day of your rental.
