  • Cancellations

    • If you wish to cancel your rental order, you may do so at least 14 days before your event. You will not be changed the remaining balance, but the initial 50% payment is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
    • If you cancel less than 14 days before your event, your initial 50% payment is not refundable and the remaining balance will be charged to your card. This is because we've likely turned away other customers for the decor you reserved, and it's difficult to rebook items with such short notice.

    Changes & Adjustments

    • You can make changes to your order, such as removing or swapping items, up to 14 days before your event. While the initial 50% payment is non-refundable, your remaining balance will be adjusted to reflect the new total.
    • Need to add more items? As long as they're available, you can add to your order with at least 2 days notice. Just reach out and we'll see what we can do!
    • Last-minute additions made less than 2 days before your event will be charged at 2x the original price if the items are available.

  • To reserve your items for your desired date, we require a 50% payment of your order total at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due at pickup, though you're welcome to pay it any time before then.

  • To offer you maximum flexibility, our rental prices include a 2-night rental. This allows for easy pickup the evening before your event and a stress-free return the morning after. If your plans require a longer rental, we're happy to accommodate for an additional daily charge.

    Pickup: After 3:00 PM on the first day of your rental, 

    Return: Before 11:00 AM on the last day of your rental.
